If you are unhappy with your purchase/gift,
you can get an exchange or refund with the following conditions:
- Exchange with another item of the same value or higher
(customer pays for the extra value on the item plus shipping
costs.) Exchanges can be done provided the item requested
for the exchange is available.
- Full refund in the form of a gift certificate, check,
or original credit card that was used. Refunds are accepted
if the item is returned in its original packaging, with
the original sales/gift receipt, and in saleable condition
within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for
any shipping cost incurred.
- All Sale items will be exchanged or refunded at the sale
price only.
- All Final Sale and Custom Order items are not exchangeable
or returnable.
- Please allow 3-5 weeks to get back an exchange/refund.
In order to serve you better, please be sure to do the following:
- Please call Customer Service at +1 (201) 386-8744 (Monday
- Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. EST). You will be given a Return
Confirmation Number (RCN).
- Properly pack the item/ gift in its original packaging,
with the original sales receipt in a bubbled enveloped or
package. Please include this number on the return shipping
address as shown below:

your package with an insured courier (e.g.: UPS, FedEx, or
USPS with Delivery Confirmation) and retain your receipt.
